  Coker 5.00-16 71S Tire
Posted by: ellisandersen - 09-11-2016, 07:34 PM - Forum: Classifieds - For Sale - No Replies

Almost new (about 300 miles on it) Coker 5.00-16 71S tire for sale.  It was on the front of my Suzuki Boulevard C50 when I bought it and I went back to the stock size tire.  $75 plus shipping. Email me if interested and let me know where you are and I'll get you a shipping cost.

Just finished a bobber project started by the guy I bought it from. Several accommodations to safety: 1) removed the oversized Coker front tire that had significant vibration & replaced with a stock sized front only tire, 2) fenders and mud flaps to keep my back dry and radiator free of debris, 3) larger mirrors with blind spot add-ons - a large improvement in my view of all portions of my surroundings. Cobra fuel management added to Rush pipes and K&N air filter really gives it some pep!

  Springer Front End on GS750
Posted by: ChrisHart2898 - 08-22-2016, 09:25 PM - Forum: General Community - Replies (1)

I am currently rebuild my 1977 Sukuki GS750, and want to change my front end. I have restored many bikes, and build a couple bobbers, but don't have any experience with major modifications. I want to put a springer front end kit on, and change the rake a few degrees. My question is, has anyone done this, what kit did they use, and what all will it take to do it? I know its a decent bit of work, so I really would like some advice.

Just figured i would post up my ride and say hello.

I'm on a Voodoo Vintage full mk6 frame, velocity frond end, rocking a seat by Pj Brown at Ranger Leather out of Houston. Powered by an 81 xs400.

Feel free to ask any questions about the bike.

  Swedish bobber fan saying hi!
Posted by: Thomsen - 06-02-2016, 05:18 PM - Forum: Newbies & FAQ - Replies (3)

Hey!

I just thougt I'd introduce myself.

The name is Fredrik Thomsen and I live in Åhus in the southern part of Sweden.
I've been customizing a few bikes in the last few years and I just can't get enough of it! As soon as one bike has been changed to my liking, I start thinking about the next project.
Anyway, I'm glad that I found this forum, because I think I will get tons of inspiration from you guys.

My latest project is a -96 Kawasaki VN 800 Classic that I bought from a friend.
It started out as a red & white stock bike with V & H pipes and a Mustang seat, and after I spent last winter rebuilding it it looks like this:

I'm looking forward to browsing through this forum to see what you guys have done with your bikes. See ya around!
